Located in the Larchmere district, Batuqui is a Brazilian restaurant founded by chefs from the Minas, Gerais, and Bahia regions of eastern Brazil. In business since 2015, the restaurant brings the rich and complex flavors of Brazilian cuisine to Cleveland and Chagrin Falls. Some of Batuqui’s classic Brazilian dishes include Feijoada, a rich dish of stewed black beans and pork, Picanha Acebolada, a Brazilian steakhouse favorite, and Moqueca Baiana, a traditional fish stew from the state of Bahia.
